Fred Jones is a master fitness trainer who can help you get your best body. He's been helping people for over 15 years, and he can help you too. From corrective fitness to strength training, our clients range in age and skill level.

In his approach to fitness, Fred combines functional movement with strength training to give you the best results. He will work with YOU to create a personalized plan tailored to your goals.

Corrective Work

We combine physical therapy, fitness therapy, mobility training, and exercise to relieve symptoms and improve function. Our treatment plan includes functional limitations that are assessed by a functional movement system assessment as well as senior fitness programs suitable for those who have limited mobility. It’s never too late to start living an active lifestyle.

Weight Loss

When it comes to losing weight and getting in shape, you need an expert on your side. Our weight loss program includes 3D body scanning that makes visualizing progress simply by extracting measurements, shape, body composition and other insights to track your health and fitness and create a target goal date. Every 6 weeks we monitor and modify the program as needed to focus on Body fat reduction, muscle building, toning, and weight management.

Mini Group Sessions

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to look and feel their best, regardless of your budget. That’s why we offer a variety of affordable payment plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle. For example: Mini Group Sessions are small group training (3 people max) that has been gaining popularity because it’s an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of a Fred's expertise at a lower financial investment — all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic.

Body Build

Don't let the weights get to you. Get stronger, more toned, and more powerful with Fred's proven process for bodybuilding. This program is ideal for anyone who wants to be in top shape with smooth workouts that include heavy weights and intense training sessions to build muscle. With this bag, you will leave the gym feeling like you can take on anything or anyone at anytime.
